Orders can be made online through our secure site (Georges Trust SSL Certificate) using Visa & Mastercard Credit Cards, Visa Delta, Switch, Maestro, Electron or Solo Cards and are paid via PayPal – PAYMENT CAN BE MADE WITH YOUR OWN DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THROUGH PAYPAL”. You do not require a Paypal Account. Alternatively, you can telephone our sales line on 07801 199 118 and give your order to one of our Sales Staff. All stock items will be despatched the same day where possible and by 1st Class Royal Mail if the order is placed before 14.00 hrs, Monday to Friday.

For any defective products received, please follow the returns procedure below:
i) Contact our Sales Dept. quoting the details of the faulty product(s)
ii) You will be issued with a QRN Number which must be quoted when returning the product. Return the faulty product(s) promptly together with an explanatory note, name address and credit card details if paid for by credit card. PLEASE NOTE any faulty item returned without a QRN Number WILL NOT be replaced.
iii) All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and unused. We are unable to offer exchanges for product(s) that are returned not meeting these criteria.
iv) It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for postage of returned items.
NO Refunds are given for postage paid. v) On receipt of the faulty product a replacement will be issued as soon as possible.
We CANNOT however Replace/Refund:
Any item purchased and 3 months have elapsed c) For any wrongly ordered item, please note that the company reserves the right to make a handling charge of up to 20% of the total order value plus delivery costs, which will be deducted from any replacement/refund given to the customer. d) Any wrongly ordered item returned for a refund and which has been used or damaged by the customer will NOT be refunded or replaced.
A refund will be offered on all faulty products if a replacement cannot be supplied within 5 working days, or if the customer requests a refund instead of a replacement as long as the product(s) meets with Returns criteria. In the instance that a customer requests a refund then it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product at their expense.
In the event of a lost parcel with Royal Mail or Parcel Force, a replacement will only be issued after 14 days. A claim will be made against Royal Mail or Parcel Force for the lost parcel.
It is the responsibility of the customer to sign and return the Lost Parcel Declaration. Failure to comply will result in the customer being charged for the duplicate parcel.
Please note Kumfi Canine Products Ltd reserves the right to make a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the order total on ANY order.
